Defence Research and Development Organization, DRDO released a DRTC CEPTAM 10 notification to hire 1901 vacancies. DRDO works under the Government of India, and Ministry of Defense organization to research and develop the state of art battle field systems for the Nation’s forces. This recruitment is to hire the DRDO Technical Cadre under the posts of Technician-A and Senior Technical Assistant(STA) B.  Center for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is part of the DRDO TC for recruitment.

Technician A

  • Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc)

  • Xth Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institute; and  Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute.

Senior Technician Assistant

  • Diploma in Engineering

Application Fees

  • Rs 100/- for General/EWS Male Candidates.

  • Women and SC/ST/PwBD/EXSM Candidates are exempted from Fees.

DRDO CEPTAM 10 Technician-A and Senior Technical Assistant(STA)-B will get a salary under a different pay matrix.

  • Senior Technician Assistant B under 6th pay matrix of Rs 35400-112400.
  • Technician A under the 2nd pay matrix of Rs. 19900-63200.
