IBPS Clerks Career Growth

Candidates who are successful in the IBPS recruitment process and have finalized their appointment as a clerk in the bank have a chance to get promoted to the level of CGM or Deputy Managing Director in the future. A probationary period of six months will be considered for the first selected. On successful completion of Probation, a full appointment will be finalized. After that after completing at least three years of service., f successful in the written test and interviews conducted internally by the banks, the status of Trainee Officer (AMGS-II) will be given. After completing six years of service under the fast-track promotion channel system, one can be directly promoted to JMGS Scale-1 Officer. After starting a career as a clerk, one can complete JAIIB and CAIIB courses through fast-track promotion channels, one can get the first promotion as Trainee Officer with three years of experience.
