7. Take the printout of the MAHAGENCO Recruitment 2022 application form for further processing.

MAHA GENCO Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

MAHAGENCO Recruitment will take the process in three stages. After the selection of a candidate, the training process for one year will take place.

• The Initial training of 52 weeks as a “Graduate Engineer Trainee” & “Diploma Engineer Trainee” respectively.
• During the training period the “Graduate Engineer Trainee” will be paid Rs. 22,000/- per month and the “Diploma Engineer Trainee” will be paid Rs. 18,000/- per month.
• After training, for the first 03 years, the selected candidate has to work compulsorily at MAHAGENCO’s thermal power plant.
• The selected candidate must serve a Bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- for not leaving the Company before the completion of 5 years of service.
• The seniority for the post of “Assistant Engineer” & “Junior Engineer” will be based on the sum of the Online Score in the above exam converted in 75% plus marks obtained after the Initial training program by the candidate converted in 25%.
