The first ever Group 1 Exam in Telangana State after the separation of state was held on October 16th, 2022. 75% of candidates registered attended the exam at the 1,019 exam centers across the 33 districts of Telangana State. The admit card was released on the 10th of October. 2.8 lakh candidates attended the TSPSC Group 1 Exam for the 503 posts. There are a high number of candidates attending from Hyderabad, Medchal, and Rangareddy around 51,000. The TSPSC Group 1 exam was conducted across the 33 districts of Telangana State from 10:30 Am to 1:00 Pm. under the surveillance of TSPSC Chairman B. Janardhan Reddy.

TSSPC Group 1 Exam 2022 Review

Many candidates expressed their concern that the questions asked in the TSPSC Group-1 prelims exam held yesterday were as tough as Civils. Candidates said that the questions in prelims were tough and were mostly analytical, statement based, with long analysis. Few said that there was not enough time to read and understand them and figure out the answers. Experts also say that the difficulty of prelims questions and the way in which questions are asked are beyond the level of civil services preliminary exam. Most of the questions came from Current Affairs, Science, Technology, Mental Ability, and Logical Thinking categories.

Each question has only one minute to find the answer. But in view of the difficulty of the questions, one minute time was not enough and there were more questions that took a long time. There are only a few questions that identify direct answers. Therefore, some candidates said that they were not able to answer all the questions and on average, they could not identify the answers to 15 to 20 questions due to time constraints.
