TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET are state-level entrance exams conducted in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, respectively, for admission to various undergraduate courses in Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical fields. Conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, the exams are held annually, and the syllabus covers topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology. The exams are conducted in multiple sessions, and the results are declared online, with the counseling process following shortly after to get into regional Engineering Colleges in these States.

The EAMCET Exam will carry 160 marks for two streams. In the engineering stream, 80 questions will be asked in Mathematics, and 40 questions each in Physics and Chemistry. The course with the possibility to get admission with MPC is Bachelor of Architecture. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is conducted for admission. Based on the score in this exam, One can join the BARC course. There will be 125 questions (200 marks) in NATA conducted online mode. Questions will be asked from Diagrammatic Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning, Situational Judgment, Logical Reasoning, and Abstract Reasoning. Currently, the NATA-2023 application process is going on. It will be conducted in three phases. The first phase will be held on April 21, the second phase on May 28, and the third phase on July 9. The last date for the first batch of applications is April 10.

Hotel Management

Students who want an innovative career can opt for hotel management courses. At the national level, the Institute of Hotel Management campuses under the Department of Tourism offers B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration courses. The entrance exam conducted by NTA is National Council for Hotel Management-Joint Entrance Examination. This entrance consists of 200 questions in five sections (Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude; Reasoning and Logical Deduction; General Knowledge and Current Affairs; English Language; Aptitude for Service Sector).
