Because reaching the interview stage is a very difficult part of the IBPS three-tier selection process. As per the procedure followed by IBPS- Candidates are admitted in a ratio of 1:20 from prelims to mains. Three candidates will be selected for each vacancy from mains to interview i.e. in the ratio of 1::3.
